In six months, I have changed so much. I’m not just walking into situations that don’t serve me, and I’ve learned to love myself and put myself first. I’ve stopped the negative self-talk, which I didn’t think I could ever do. Now, every morning, I look in the mirror and say something nice about myself. I used to think working on the outside—getting fit, getting facials—would fix things, but it didn’t. This program made me do the real work, and it has forever changed my life. It was the best money I’ve ever spent. Honestly, Katie, thank you, because now I’m living a life beyond my wildest dreams where I actually like the person I see.

There were definitely things I had to break through, and Katie worked with me to make those breakthroughs happen. I used to be so hard on myself—I didn’t want to invest in myself, and I didn’t feel validated. But after doing the work, I can confidently say I am not the same person I was earlier this year.
